It’s OK To Want Time Off

It’s OK to love what you do and still desire time off. You don’t have to wear yourself out, miss precious time with your loved ones, and walk around with bags under your eyes to prove that you’re dedicated to your craft. Work smarter.

Team “No sleep” is losing members every day. Get some rest. Take a vacation (or stay-cation) if you need it. Schedule a spa day. Go on a date. Watch cartoons with your children. Learn to delegate. Self-care is important. Your mental, emotional and spiritual health are important. You’re human.

You have a family. You have hobbies, friends and a life.

Do what you LOVE, but make time to take of you too.
