US Globe Corp, is a leading supplier of Office Equipment and Services nationwide for 30+ years. The company seeks an Administrative Assistant to work in our Purchasing Department. US Globe Corp is seeking an experienced, dynamic, self-motivated professional.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create, track, and follow up on purchase orders
  • Organize, collect and check all documents for the receiving process
  • Process returns according to procedure
  • Manage various purchasing platforms such as EBay, Amazon, and PayPal
  • Various projects and reporting duties as assigned


  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience navigating various search engines (EBay, Amazon, and PayPal) a plus
  • Experience with QuickBooks or SAP preferred
  • Must exhibit strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and innovative personality
  • Ability to prioritize projects and multitask
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • High School Diploma; College degree is preferred
